* Final approval and subsidy amounts are subject to the review and decision of the Program Affairs Meeting.
* The eligibility and academic standing of the conference will be verified during the review process.
Timeline: Before submitting a manuscript or when planning to attend an international conference. Students are strongly encouraged to submit this form in advance to assist the Program in estimating annual subsidy budget allocations.
* This step is optional but highly recommended for funding coordination.
Timeline: At least 2 months prior to the conference start date (excluding holidays). All application materials must be submitted to the Program Office for review at the Program Affairs Meeting.
* The Program Affairs Meeting will determine whether full or partial financial subsidy is approved.
Timeline: Within 2 weeks of becoming aware of any unavoidable itinerary modifications, dates adjustment, or trip cancellation.
* Any itinerary alteration must receive formal administrative approval from the Program Affairs Meeting.
Timeline: Within 1 month following the conclusion of the conference (and strictly within the same fiscal year).
* Failure to submit reimbursement documents within the designated timeframe will be regarded as forfeiture of the approved subsidy.
