The International Master's Program of Learning and Instruction (IMPLAI) focuses on learner-centered instruction and provides training on innovative teachings such as cooperative learning, adaptive learning, and project-based learning to those who decide to join us.

One of the major concerns of students is financial support. NTUE and the Taiwan government provide multiple scholarship opportunities:

1. NTUE University Scholarships

NTUE provides two scholarships: (1) International Student Scholarship and (2) Outstanding Student Scholarship (please see our Home or Scholarships pages for more information).

2. Taiwan Government Scholarship (Taiwan Scholarship)

However, based on our students’ experience, we think it is much better if a student can get a scholarship from the Taiwan government. It usually provides monthly stipends, which help you cover both tuition and living expenses. In short, it is better if you try for the Taiwan Scholarship first, and many of our current students hold the Taiwan Scholarship.
